BTW, I think the Heath Ledger item was perfectly appropriate. The irony is that, in superhero movies, they too often kill off the bad guy, preventing highly talented actors from reprising their roles in sequels. This time they kept the villian alive, but the actor dies unexpectedly. It’s called irony, people!
