Can a non valid cell phone number be looked up?
My sister is being stalked by her ex. I know that via reverse phone look up you can find someones address, and almost all kinds of information. If the person changed the number, and the old number is no longer a valid number can her ex still obtain this information? What I’m trying to say is if the phone number is no longer valid, can it be looked up?
You can’t reverse lookup cell phone numbers. You will have to use a paid service. If you want to try just to see for yourself, you can use whitepages.
I’ll leave a link below to a directory that is accurate. It’s a paid directory, though. It’s inexpensive. And is well worth the price.
