Do payphones always come up as residential on a reverse phone lookup site?

Ok, I have these weird phone numbers on my cell phone that I don’t recognize and I started searching them one by one at reverse phone lookup sites (switchboard, whitepages and www.411.com) Anyway, these numbers came up as residential numbers and they are in my city and state too. I remember husband calling me from work on a payphone but a payphone wouldn’t come up as a residential line would it?
