how can I do a reverse phone look up for free?

    Hey – I’ve had the same question in the past, and your first answer got that one right.

    But there are indeed times when you still can’t get a match. I try googlein’ – it doesn’t always work, but I’ve found by entering the phone number in google (in several different ways, with dashes or periods) that I can frequently get a LOT of interesting info! ;o)

    Most all 411 web sites will allow you to do this. yellowpages.com, monsterpages.com ect… You could even try googeling the number, sometimes that works.

    You can in the States, you can’t in the UK/Ireland.

    Or even type the phone number into Google. in the form of:
