There are many online resources that offer ‘reverse lookup’, i.e. finding information about a person from their phone number (you can simply google ‘reverse lookup’). Note that some of these services charge a fee, and it may be difficult to find this information if the call was made from a cell phone.

You can actually google the phone number. Or, you can call directory assistance and give them the number. They should be able to do a reverse search on the number.

if you got the number just go to yahoo and type it out, including area code and set the number up with —- those in between the sets of numbers to find the number

You could ask friends if they know who the number belongs to. Also you could get one of your friends to call the number and act like it was on their caller ID. Other than that I really don’t know.

SOMETIMES, you can type the number into the Google search bar, including area code…and if the phone number is listed, it will tell you where it’s coming from.

If they really annoy you, call them back and ask them.

411.com has a reverse phone number look up on the site. just punch in the phone number and if they are listed then the name of the person will pop up
