HOW TO BE ALONE by Tanya Davis If you are at first lonely, be patient. If you’ve not been alone much, or if when you were, you weren’t okay with it, then just wait. You’ll find it’s fine to be alone once you’re embracing it. We could start with the acceptable places, the bathroom, the coffee shop, the library. Where you can stall and read the paper, where you can get your caffeine fix and sit and stay there. Where you can browse the stacks and smell the books. I don’t like being alone : ( It reminds me of all I have lost. Yet I chose to spend a great deal of time alone because it some how empowers me. I don’t think any of us are truly alone in the physical sense. Mental loneliness is the very hardest for me.

I can only imagine how you feel, I always had people in my life and then one day I woke up to night mare, or tragedy and I was alone. I am having a terrible time adjusting to this new loner stuff, I have to agree with you it sucks. : ( Mine is pretty much my own fault, losing everyone and thinking about getting close to people again is to painful.
I felt really down before I watched this video, I felt like all my friends were just shrugging me off. And I guess they were, and still are, because they’ve got other people to hang around with. But watching this video, I feel really uplifted, that it’s ok to be on my own! That I can enjoy a lot of things! This video really helped, so thank you for making and sharing it with us all =)
