What plan U.S. Prepaid Cellular is cheaper to call the Philippines?
I'm looking to move to another company. I currently have the insurance plan from Virgin Mobile with no monthly fees, I only use recharge cards and do not use the phone for more than a few minutes a day. I can not use more in the future. This plan costs 35 cents per minute to call a landline in the Philippines and 40 cents per minute to call a Mobile in the Philippines. Is it less expensive prepaid plan? Edit: A call to another phone in the U.S. the balance of Virgin Mobile as you go plan costs 20 cents per dollar per minute. International rates are added to which, therefore, 35 cents per minute and 40 cents a minute that I mentioned.
