Will I be able to recover my money?
My ex-boyfriend, I owed $ 360 more, were arrested for minor drinking almost a year ago. He promised to reimburse me, even after we separated. I have no proof that I paid for her because she gave cash. I do not even know where you live now, because he moves and does not speak at all. I met him on facebook though. I sent a message but did not respond again. I have used online search engines to find addresses and phone numbers, but no luck. I put him on trial before a small claims court, but I do not know if it will work. He also held an envelope to put money he had to pay me and that other evidence there. I trusted him to pay me, but it was a bad idea. I just want let him go to jail. If one day I have a BF that do this again, I will not pay and let him go to jail. All tips and ideas of what I do?
