Reverse cell phone look-up – Is there a web-site that does this for free?

I keep getting calls from a local cell phone, but everytime I call it back, no one answers. Is it possible to look up the person who owns this cell phone? Thanks!!

    Try whitepages.com or reverselookup.com

I think you should call your phone company and have that number blocked. If you are getting the cals on your own cell phone, you may even be able to do it yourself. (My phone lets me do it, and it is not a particularly fancy cell phone.)

Unfortunately, the free reverse-lookup services, like whitepages.com and reverselookup.com recommended by the previous answer, only list phone numbers and owners listed in the normal white pages of the phone book. In other words, it is for landlines only.

There are pay services that claim to be able to access cell phones, but I don’t know how effective they are. After all, you can get a pay-as-you-go phone in any Walmart or convenience store that doesn’t even record your ownership name.

Either you are getting harassing calls, or, more likely, the person is calling a wrong number when they dial your phone. Just get the number blocked and do both yourself and him a favor.

Good luck, and I hope this helps.
