What can I do if I have to pay extra to mail a package and do not follow? USPS?
My package sent with a tracking number for APO / AE military base, what I believe in Jamaica, NY. 09355 zip code. Basically, I sent on March 11, so its been about 40 days from the sender. I sold the item from eBay and PayPal funds invested for the buyer, so I'm at $ 400 for the phone phone sold and is probably lost as well. If I paid for the tracking service in a package of USPS, the package or not insured and lost, there nothing that can really do about it?
