ST-323 The Wind Cries Mary, Jimi Hendrix, 2/2 (Guitar Lesson)

In this second part of the guitar lesson we check out the solo and the cool licks at the end of the tune. Full support at the web site where you will find hundreds of lessons on a wide range of subjects, and all the scales and chords that you will ever need! There is a great forum too to get help, no matter what the problem. And it is all totally free, no bull. No sample lessons, no memberships. Just tons of great lessons :) To get help with your lesson look up the number at the start of the video title (like ST-666 or whatever) on the Lesson Index page. www.justinguitar.com

Always a pleasure to learn from one of your tutorials. You are a great talent and it would be good to see you crack the big time, it would be just rewards. Thanks for the great lessons and good luck.

You’re a great guitarist man. Amazing tone, and great vibrato. One thing though, the first note is actually a ghost note on the b string. It’s not 13 13 on both strings, its 13 on the e string, and a VERY fast hammer on to 15 on the b string. If you listen very carefully, you can hear it.

Also, after that first note, it shouldn’t be hammer ons at that second riff. It should be all downstrokes to really emphasize those pedal tones.
