I’m sure you have all experienced lost or damaged bags. How could this possibly happen? Well…the number one reason for bags not arriving with the passenger is due to delayed or canceled flights, unfortunately, I am unable to help with this. The number 2 reason, which I am able to assist with, is the small things that you can take care of before getting to the airport. mainly name tags! I know it seems like common sense to include your name, but you would be surprised how many people has no name what so ever, or phone has been disconnected, or they borrowed their bag from a friend and leave their name tag on. The airline tries to track the name with the flights and if they cannot find a match it goes to storage waiting to be claimed. If it’s a common bag, black or blue, it will be pretty difficult to match with lost bag claims, so again, make sure it is easy to find. Remember if your name and correct phone number is with your bag, it cannot be lost.
