How can I get a social worker CSP fired?
The social worker said that I must pass a drug test …. reason! I have 7 and all neg. he told me my plan is part of the case …. I my case plan and Y do not mention those! EHIS workers he said that my ex shoule devorce file for some time my case is open, it must ask childsupport, and other legal maters that are outside its Bounders! If the worker has attracted my cell. phone to get me where I am to undergo a drug test! has also lied about me and now he knows that I have been rec. The conversation does not answer my calls so I can see my children!
First get counsel. next contact of the worker if his boss and complain. By last talk in the office of District Attorney and see if any of their rights are violated. If There was a decision against him, then go with the judge ruled, and explain what is happening. Ask him if another worker may be assigned to you. Good luck.
