cell phones are being treated like regular phone numbers now-a-days. A regular reverse lookup will work as long as it isn’t unlisted. Note that some phone numbers are still being switched into the database so check back each week if it doesn’t show up yet.
Ask any cell-phone retailer if the number is "upgrade eligable." If they say that’s not a XXX (sprint/cingular/etc) number, leave and try another store. Sooner or later, you’ll find the carrier’s store that says "yup it’s upgradable, what’s the last four digits of your social sec. num.?" Make something up… They’ll say it didn’t work… You’ll say that’s really it… they’ll say "Are you Mr. XXXXX?" That’s the person you’re looking for!!!
